About silkscreen:

Palefroi's books and prints are hand-printed using silkscreen. Therefore, slights imperfections, spots, small ink specks can differ from one print to another. That's what we enjoy about hand-screen-prints, they are all somehow uniques. But of course, if we put these prints to sell, that's because we judged they were worth being part of the signed and numbered edition.

About shipping:

We try to protect our work as well as possible against postal mistreatment. If ever you'll receive a package visibly damaged from the outside, refuse it, if possible, fill a form and contact us.

Shipment delays indicated are those we found on the French post website. Experience showed us that it can take longer than that for a package to arrive. We are not responsible for delays in delivery.

IMPORTANT:

It happens quite often that local post service don't let any delivery notification when they can't reach our customers directly. This means that packages are often stored at local post services waiting to be collected. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about this lack of communication from post services.
After beeing stored for 10 days, tubes are then shipped back to us or destroyed. To avoid this situation, please check from time to time your shipment status

About payment:

Payment on Palefroi's shop go through Paypal or Stripe, either with your paypal account or simply with your credit card. We will not use your personal informations for any other purpose than invoicing and shipping you what you bought. If you wish to subscribe to our newsletter, please send us an email.
